[OZAPRS] hardware suggestions

+1 for the W3in1 (v2) model.  The v2 model is a big improvement over the initial unit.
The devices ethernet interface can be fed to a 3G/4G device for either device management/monitoring, APRS connectivity - or both.

A good quality radio to feed it and away you go!

What's the budget? I would suggest the very solid WX3in1 by

Connectivity could then be provided by any old cellular modem/router 
device - such as a TP-Link MR3420 with USB modem. I use this setup 
quite successfully, although not for APRS.
