[OZAPRS] antenna for mobile HF-APRS

Hi Liz,

I also run the HF30FX. It's pretty good but I don't have a great 
mounting system for it. It is rigidly mounted to the bull bar and the 
tuning lock nut has come undone on corrugated roads and messed up the 
SWR. I really need some sort of spring loaded mount but haven't come 
across anything that I like.
