[OZAPRS] Testing on 20 mx

Hi Phil,

I wonder if you're aware of the existing 20m activity?
There are APRS I-Gates operating on 14.103 LSB.
Mailboxes and BBSs are on 14.105 LSB.
These are dial frequencies for 1600/1800 Hz tones. The full list of 
frequencies can be found here 
<http://www.aprs.net.au/hf/hf-aprs-frequencies>. Unfortunately, you're 
likely to be in the skip zone most of the time for me. You may be able 
to reach VK4JRC on 14.105 LSB for some tests.

20m has proven useful for mobiles travelling in the top end and WA where 
coverage on 30m tapers off. Also, standard licencees are using 20m where 
the 40m coverage tapers off.
