[OZAPRS] Desert trekking

The TinyTrak does have a setting for "No startup packet" which I guess it's
purpose is like announcing on a repeater "VK2ADF listening"...

Also from memory, you can trigger a TT beacon by flicking between primary
and secondary digi-paths momentarily, if you have built the switch into
your interface cable.
