[OZAPRS] second.aprs.net.au IP change

Hi Folks,

FYI, second.aprs.net.au changed IP addresses last night as part of a move
to PI IP space.

Bandwidth has dropped quite drastically since yesterday, so I'm guessing a
few people are using direct IP's..

New IP's are:

103.235.52.53

2001:df7:1800:39::5
