It works on every other digipeater I've passed in the last year, and
yesterday on RWG as well as my own as usual

Kenwood 710 (not with Xastir yesterday)

Still wouldn't explain why RGF doesn't digipeat *anything* it hears from
RAO, RGI, RWG (which is usually all day) and Victorian digipeaters at
night as well
