FYI,

PS-29 PICO balloon is heading to SYD from MEL

Solar powered party balloon, 50mW TX
APRS on 145.175Mhz, callsign VK3YT-11, no UHF telemetry.

Currently up at 8341m,  just outside Melbourne.
