[OZAPRS] HF APRS

If you are going to go standalone, I use Argent's OpenTrackerII. Response to questions or requests
is much better.
Been using one in a Wagner 1729 since 2009; although the Wagner gave up the ghost not long ago so
I'm on the hunt for a new radio.

I am currently using a TT4 for VHF but will be moving to Argent's Tracker 3 very shortly; some of
the "features" in the TT4 are irritating.
The T3-mini might also be rubbish but for the cost, it's worth a try.
