[OZAPRS] Simpson Desert APRS via ISS

Andrew,

Ham gear on the ISS is turned off during docking procedures with 
delivery craft, etc. The ISS stopped beaconing on Tuesday or Wednesday 
(not at home now and can't check). My money on the ISS being "missing" 
and not a low battery at your end.
