[OZAPRS] "Stations heard" on aprs.fi

Hi Ian, 

Firstly rely on your own heard list over aprs.fi. Because it's most likely possible that someone else heard that station and their packet hit the internet system first. 

I get this question put to me many a time when my I-gate is the one to inject a station before the other.  FYI the aprsis drops any duplicate packets so only the first one is recognised ;-)
