[OZAPRS] LaCrosse weather station straight to RF (Linux)

I've been putting my weather out to APRS-IS, retrieving it and then
broadcasting it.
Now I'm trying to sort out a system to put it straight to RF

I have this aprs sentence
"VK2XSE>APRS,TCPXX*,qAX,VK2XSE:@162031z3415.96S/14606.88E_225/000g003t046r000p000h76b10146.open2300v1.11"

How much of this should I be using ??
I'm thinking just
"VK2XSE:@162031z3415.96S/14606.88E_225/000g003t046r000p000h76b10146.open2300v1.11"

(cutting a set number of characters off the result will be easy enough)
