[OZAPRS] Spot vs Delorme Inreach

Hi Gerard, no HF gear with me unfortunately, maybe on one of my rotations I could bring my 857 back over with a Tiny Track, antenna is the biggest problem, I'm living in a motel for the duration and have been looking at options, I'm in an upstairs room with a 16m long wooden railed balcony that I could hide a 20m dipole along, might be my only option. I was hoping to use the Spot/Delorme for mobile use as I'm out and about every day, getting quite some distance from the motel.
Cheers

There's no-one in VK/ZL on there yet, but lots of activity in Europe and some in US. As soon as I get a new antenna raised, I'll be on "Net14" too. Has anyone got a Delorme Inreach to communicate with the aprs network similar to Spot ?
