[OZAPRS] VK2YYZ-5 APRS RX-only iGate Going QRT

Hi Hugh,

When you get around to your RX only iGate using a rPi let me know, have one
already running (VK5ZM-5) here locally in Adelaide.. total consumption 3.7W
reckon I can still shave another 1W :)
