[OZAPRS] APRS-IS to RF

Using aprx I have enabled limited gating of packets received by APRSIS
to 2 metres.
Remembering that I am on the fringe of APRS civilisation this will
allow people using APRSdroid, a SPOT device gated through VK2US, etc to
find themselves on 2m when passing close to my QTH.

If this causes any problems I would like to know - just email me, so I
can adjust the lat and long of the box I have chosen.
