[OZAPRS] ARISS APRS config issues

Thanks Robert. 

I tried just ARISS this morning as that file and it didn't work so I followed your lead now and it worked like a treat :) thank you very much. 

VK4VKG-8 made it as a HH with standard antenna into the ISS APRS Digipeater.
