[OZAPRS] Adelaide IGate Output Rules

mmm,

I am currently Portable VR2 at the mo, but with no permit. thus no RF so 
only aprsdroid...  now what use would it be to appear in Adelaide ?

Its actually been handy here as have met up with a few of the locals who 
have actually surprised me :-)

XX9 operation would have been nice, but oh so complicated and limiting.

Roaming charges limit my broadcasts.
