[OZAPRS] VK2RGN-1 Now Online

As someone who has always wished for a wide in Goulburn, I'd like to say 
a big public thanks.
It looks to have decent coverage too. My trekking around Bungendore 
yesterday got some packets in via VK2RGN-1.
Again, thanks very much for your efforts.
