[OZAPRS] No DCD on Tiny-2

Is there anything coming from the radio on the 1200RX line?   Try
connecting up the speaker socket for RX audio to verify - but volume
control will be important here.  I have an FT-8100 and I had a problem with
the integrated data socket with the 9600RX line not working....   (fixed
along with some CTCSS issues I was having)
