[OZAPRS] Is digi-peater VK2RCC-1 off the air???

Just wondering if anyone knows.

 

I am in range of the above digi-peater which 2 days ago I could access with
5W from my HT but now I can't get in even when using 50W from mobile D710.

 

Is it off the air???
