I have started munding the data so I can push it into some kind of SQL 
database, like SQLite or MySQL. The fields are all a bit confused and 
lots of values seem to be missing towards the end of the line.

Might write a little parser in perl to do a best guess...

 From that can generate various formats.
.csv is obviously the first.
Any interest in other output formats?
