[OZAPRS] Foundation licences

I'd rather not put the Call on email  Tim, as he might not be aware that he 
himself is causing the problem.
Someone suggested that it may come from a smart phone and it is one of the 
relay stns that is causing the problem and putting  the Call out on RF

Hi John, what is the call sign ? I'm based in Wagga. Just scrolled back 24hr 
on aprs.Fi and can't see any sign of an F call out our way.
