[OZAPRS] UBS to RS 232 Port

All,
I have have no end of trouble with devicers that are supposed to allow for the seting up of such as equipment as TT3, TT4 etc. 
I have heard that there is ONE such device and drivers that work with out falt, can anyone tell me the Brand Name and where they can be obtained.
