[OZAPRS] HF Paths etc

Hi All yes that is a good choice I don't run an I gate as I have problems with it staying connected so I pass gate stations to a VHF radio port and our digi only supports widen-n so to be digied to an Igate widen-n is required

I have heard it mentioned before that UI-View in particular will pass RELAY
or WIDE as that was current at the time of UI-View development.  This
assumes the APRs Servers do not do any filtering for paths on their inputs.

When I have an HF IGate running I use GATE,WIDE and I set up VK4UN's HF
IGATE so it is the same.

Rob, are you saying we should use GATE,WIDE2-2 or similar.

Rob,

Whilst I agree with your sentiments re those paths and, especially the long
outdated use of WIDE, I don't agree that those stations won't be gated to
the Internet as a check of aprs.fi will confirm .......
