[OZAPRS] UIView digi routes

I am trying to set my hf igate to digi 40m HF to VHF.
I have a Port 1 assigned to the soundcard for HF.
I have Port 2 assigned to a TT4 running in alpha mode (KISS) through AGWPEP for VHF.
I want Port 1 HF  to be digipeated to Port 2 TT4 

I am receiving packets from both ports fine.

I tried to set digi routes to 1=2 but it won't take. It resets to 1=1.

Is there something I am missing?
