Hi Ray and Ian

                   As I said Ray educate the users..  If  they use a symbol
that is not correct they don't get Gated like a wrong phone number
ring it and you don't get the person you want .. 

Ian    -9  would be ok for your VHF and -15 HF mobile ... so what if there
are 2 Icons  on the map,  isn't  9 Mobiles  and 15 HF ?
 so it would be Car symbol or 4X4  -9   HF would be  Car symbol or 4X4  -15 
 ( Just a thought )

If there was a SSID Filter then this would be a help but then again you have
to " educate " the user that these
SSIDs are used to portray XXX information
