[OZAPRS] Suggestion weather station

I have several... now without a PC how would you handle USB ?

Nearly every solution I have found is nearly as expensive as the actual 
weather station and wont really do the job.

IS there a "Simple"  USB to Serial solution (NB: use a usb sockey, not a 
plug).
