No comments in this aspect at all, however from the USA Davis Site -
with special reference to the _last paragraph:
_
>
> Davis Instruments' resellers provide the most extensive selection of
> products and offer outstanding service and support throughout a
> weather station's life. Davis is proud to refer our international
> customers to the reseller in their country.
>
> Davis warrants its products sold in the U.S.A. for one year after date
> of purchase. This warranty is not valid outside of the U.S.A., but our
> international resellers often offer their own warranty for products
> they sell. They are under no obligation to provide service or support
> for any products they did not sell.

> Many countries stipulate that wireless weather equipment must transmit

> Products made for sale in the U.S.A. and Canada cannot be legally used
> in the EU, Australia, New Zealand, and many other countries who follow
