It's difficult to parse what you are saying, and what you want, but have you 
looked at the OpenStreetMap project?  www.osm.org

Here's how to make maps for UI-View with OSM data:

Better still, if you find any errors or omissions you can fix them yourself 
(record your GPS track and use it to update the map).
