[OZAPRS] APRS with Foundation license

Hi Peter,

Before the days of ROSE and NET/ROM we managed to make it from Sydney to 
Mt Gambier on one occasion by digipeating through 8 repeaters. The first 
two were at Mt Bindo and Tumut. You can imagine the round trip time!
