  The best part of a year back, you contacted us (see above) with a forwarded message from KD7HP.  She subsequently purchased our product and we exchanged a number of messages via billiejean_mt at yahoo.com.

  Recently we released updates to the software, and before despatching the software we contacted owners to ensure that their email address in our client database was current and could handle the attachment.  We had no response (or bounce) from Wilmajean at the above address, while an alternative we tried (kd7hp at montana.com ex www.qrz.com records) bounced.

  Is there any chance you could repeat your previous assistance and get some sort of message through to her?

          Is the web page your trying http://www.radioprogrammers.com  and is it the Email address thats Bouncing ?? or the web site ??. 
          I have no problems here with the web site but haven't tryed sending a email to them yet, but can if you need more info.
