[OZAPRS] OFF Topic

Looks like there's some harvesting of email address's going on 
somewhere, and subsequent spoofing.

A similar but quite unrelated email appeared tonight on another email 
list using a member's email identity, but clearly not his normal style 
or mode of communication.
