[OZAPRS] Signallink Issues continue

I thought I'd located the cause of the problem many times, but it  
appears to be an PC issue that I can't get to the bottom of
I'd appreciate any suggestions to get the current setup working-

The Setup

PC running PEPro and UIview32
SignallinkUSB
Icom703 and Amp



The problem-

After TXing successfully a few times, the Signalink fails to Tx.
Deleting the radioport in PEPro and reconfiguring does nothing
Deleting the USB Card from System Devices fixes the problem for  a few  
successful Tx's then the problem manifests itself again.
