[OZAPRS] Had all I can take of SignalinkUSB and PEPro

I dont know what other peoples thoughts are. But I reckon that MixW seems to 
decode HF packet a bit better that AGW.  However, It might be just my setup 
here perhaps. Currently using a Rig Expert Standard into a TS2000.
