[OZAPRS] HF APRS

Gday Howard, im using a Codan NGT with a Tiny Track 3. Works a treat, im stuck
using 40m though because of my licence conditions. Previous to the NGT I was
running a Yaesu FT857D with the TT3 and worked just as well.
