[OZAPRS] VK6UZ-4 displaying frequency offset of all stations heard on 30m HF-APRS

Hi all,
just to inform you that Fritz, VK6UZ is operating a HF-APRS Gate near Perth 
using the callsign VK6UZ-4.
His receiver is listening on 10.147,6 USB on 30m band.
The SCS DSP-TNC used does analyse all APRS packets heard and measure the 
frequency offset.
The frequency offset can be seen in the raw data (status packet) updated 
every 15 minutes

this means that VK4MY-4 is exactly on frequency of VK6UZ-4,
but VK5ADE-15 would need to tune 68Hz DOWN in order to come on zero beat.

So the number following the callsign is frequency offset in Hz and 
respective station would need to change frequency as indicated in this 
direction (+/-) by the amount (Hz).

I hope this makes tuning a bit easier in future.

BTW there is new firmware 1.3 and new trconfig.exe for download at SCS 
homepage.
