[OZAPRS] Proposed digi for Mt Nardi

Ah ha! Figured it was something like that, I'll what can be cobbled in and
see how it goes.

Minor hiccup - the GM300 that I was going to use has just dropped dead:-(

I'll have to get it running or replaced as I had hoped to get this all ready
for install by the SARCFest (August 8th).
