[OZAPRS] smart meters ?

I'm running the local Igate, (UI-View & AGWPE) SAMail email system etc on a
VIA EPIA-M Mini-ATX PC. It's running on 12v using a SLA battery and PSU at
about 40W to 50W of power drain.
After booting which takes a little longer than the average system it runs at
about 20% CPU just fine. The CPU is fan less and runs reasonably cool. The
PC seems to be very reliable.
