[OZAPRS] Need volunteers for APRS 'administrators'

  Geoff,

I would be happy to help out, will need to brush up on how it all ties 
into one another again, but I'll put my hand up, maybe not as a solo, 
but perhaps to assist or be a 'co-administrator'
