[OZAPRS] New repeater?

Bingo!!  It appears that VK5RLD digi has been corrupted - it is now 
suffering from a bi-polar disorder and doing its thing as VK5RLL!.  It will 
be fixed as soon as I can get there ober the weekend to reboot.
