[OZAPRS] New VK5RLZ Digi

Hi All,

The VK5RLZ packet BBS, run by the Elizabeth Amateur Radio Club in the 
North Eastern suburbs of Adelaide, is going to be shut down on 1st May 
and upgraded to run as an APRS digipeater.

We are planning on using some of the same equipment, namely the radio 
and antenna system, so it will probably take a couple of weeks for the 
programming on the radio to be checked before it is operational.

The coverage from this digi should cover the fill-in digis currently 
being run by myself and VK5VCO, so they will be shut down in due course.
