[OZAPRS] Open Traker 2 question

Tony this is from a T2-135 which uses the same firmware as the stand alone  
OT2.
The radio is connected to a dunmmy load so the only traffic decoded below  
is from my I-gate/Digi.
This T2 normally functions as a La Crosse WS 2307 weather station  
interface so I cannot comment on the KISS/DIGI question.
