VK3RGR-1 and they work.

I was just browsing around as I am still playing on HF with the TNC320 . 
Now with APRSd .

Has anyone else seen this ? 3MY-4 is probably banging out these Bulletin 
frames but has anyone actually seen these on a client like UiView or 
xastir ? I have not seen these via HF so far ..

Not sure whats wrong with the frame but perhaps the 2x Colons is the 
culprit ?
I somehow remember these Bulletin frames but its been a long time since 
actually noticing them.

I also see lots of objects at times on HF which really is poor practice 
? Why do we need so many frames containing information on HF when most 
of the stations actually decoding them are the Gateways ? It just steals 
air time from the Trackers !!

I am not going to name callsigns but its just an observation and a 
polite reminder .
