[OZAPRS] Temporary IGate for JOTA question.

Thanks to the excellent advice from Damien (sorry about miss-spelling 
your name last time), Ray and Jim, I've managed to get an I-Gate working.
Look for a whole heap of VK2ZSZ and VK2MIB APRS back-pack trackers 
around the Burra, NSW area during this weekend!
