The node information for VK2 covers the 2m network only.
We should also add HF nodes to the Wiki page. There is a web page that 
covers HF but it looks out of date and I'm not sure how to update it. 
The Wiki should make this easier. Here's the page which could be the 
starting point for an up-to-date listing of HF nodes:
