[OZAPRS] XASTIR - maps

Thanks Everyone for your input XASTIR is working well now. I compiled
it from source and that seems to have solved all the problems. I also
took your advice ray and compiled and installed the AX25 libraries
from Bernard F6BVP. It appears to be working well using the internet
stream. Time to tackle RF very soon.
