[OZAPRS] HF APRS for Standard Licence holders

[VK2VRD]

Geoff,
My QTH is near Tamworth.  The digipeater and IGate were working about 36
hours ago but I haven't been able to get any packets through since then.  I
am not sure which is not working.  I guess it will come back on-line soon
