[OZAPRS] Overhaul to national APRS website

Thanks Steven,

Fixed some of the points...   the maps page will come soon.

The VK6 site is actually the only state page NOT hosted on our server.

Does anyone in VK6 know what has happened to your state site? It's been down
for quite some time it seems....
