[OZAPRS] Invalid SSID

Thanks to everyone for their comments.  I am now happy that it is not
something I have done wrong.  I will simply leave the -0 off the home base.
I will probably eventually reconfigure it and use it in another vehicle but
for now it can operate as a home base.
