David,

I can receive your beacons here and my system will measure your 
frequency accuracy and then generate a beacon with your call and freq 
error in the data frame. You can see how close your radio is.
You can be up to +/- 400Hz off freq and I can still decode and 
measure freq error.
My measuring radio is an Icom 7200 with +/- 0.05PPM TCXO
