[OZAPRS] HF APRS

"Anyone" can gate to the internet but it really needs to be done in a 
coordinated way.

As I see it, having two stations in the same general locality doing the 
same thing doesn't achieve anything extra.

For anyone contemplating providing a gateway facility I would suggest 
that if you can't provide the service 24/7/365, don't provide it at all. 
A part-time service doesn't provide a service.
